Office Building Facilities Hours:
Regular Business Hours (Monday to Friday):
- Building Access: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- During regular business hours, the main entrance and building access points are open for occupants.
- Facilities Office: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- The Facilities Management Team is available during these hours for inquiries, service requests, and assistance.
Extended Hours for Building Access (Optional):
- Evenings (Monday to Friday): 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Access to common areas only)
- Access to common areas such as lobbies and meeting rooms may be available for extended hours.
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Limited access)
- Limited access to common areas or shared spaces may be available for weekend use.
Security and Emergency Response:
- Security Personnel: 24/7
- Security personnel are on-site 24 hours a day to monitor building security.
- Emergency Response Team: 24/7
- Trained emergency response personnel are available at all times to address urgent situations.
Note:
- Holidays: Facility hours may be adjusted on public holidays. Advance notice will be provided to occupants.
- Special Events: Extended hours may be arranged for special events or occasions. Requests should be submitted in advance to the Facilities Management Team.
