Request Process:

  1. Initial Review – IT reviews the request to confirm that it represents a potential New Technology Implementation project.
  2. Technical & Business Assessment – Appropriate IT and business stakeholders assess technical requirements, integrations, security, resources, costs, risks, and organizational impact.
  3. Financial Assessment – IT determines the appropriate project approach, level of project management, and required governance.
  4. Project Approval - Final approval to move forward with project.
