This Service is for chromebooks. Use this service to request: setup/configuration of new district standard devices; diagnosis, repair, replacement of existing district standard devices.
Features
This service will assist with the following chromebook issues:
- Getting connected to Wifi
- Broken items on chromebook
- Power on issues
- Software or application errors/issues/missing items
Getting started
Identify the brand of chromebook and include that information on the ticket
If the user is someone other than yourself, identify the person logged in while the issue is happening
