Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.ConflictType.OutsideMaintenanceWindow

Indicates that an activity takes place outside of the CI's maintenance window.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.ConflictType enumeration with a value of 1.
