Step 1: Installing the Softphone Application

Download the CallConnect Softphone App
- Windows/macOS: Download the CallConnect Desktop Client from the company’s software portal.
- Mobile (iOS/Android): Install the CallConnect Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.

Install and Launch the App
- Follow the installation prompts for your device.
- Open the application once installed.

Log in to Your Account
- Enter your assigned username and password.
- If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required, approve the login request.
Step 2: Configuring Softphone Settings

Verify Audio Devices
- Ensure your headset, microphone, and speakers are properly connected.
- Go to Settings > Audio and select the correct input/output devices.

Enable Call Forwarding (Optional)
- Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding to forward calls to another number.

Set Up Voicemail
- Press the Voicemail button or dial the voicemail access number.
- Follow the prompts to record a greeting and set up your PIN.
Step 3: Making and Receiving Calls
- To make a call: Enter the phone number in the dialer and press Call.
- To receive a call: Click Answer when a call notification appears.
- To mute/unmute: Use the microphone button in the app.
- To put a call on hold: Click the Hold button.
