Ensure you are connecting to the correct WiFi network:
Network Name: TDX-Secure
If you are unsure how to connect, contact IT Support.
Ensure WiFi is enabled on your device.
Disconnect and reconnect to the network.
If prompted, re-enter your credentials.
Restart your laptop, phone, or tablet to refresh network settings.
Ensure you are using your TeamDynamix credentials.
If your password was recently changed, update your WiFi settings.
If you forgot your password, reset it via the IT portal.
On your device, forget the TDX-Secure network.
Reconnect and enter your credentials again.
Verify if there is a known WiFi outage by checking the IT Status Page.
If there is an ongoing issue, wait for IT updates.
