Step 1: Verify Network Selection

Ensure you are connecting to the correct WiFi network:

  • Network Name: TDX-Secure

  • If you are unsure how to connect, contact IT Support.

Step 2: Check WiFi Status

  • Ensure WiFi is enabled on your device.

  • Disconnect and reconnect to the network.

  • If prompted, re-enter your credentials.

Step 3: Restart Your Device

  • Restart your laptop, phone, or tablet to refresh network settings.

Step 4: Verify Credentials

  • Ensure you are using your TeamDynamix credentials.

  • If your password was recently changed, update your WiFi settings.

  • If you forgot your password, reset it via the IT portal.

Step 5: Forget and Reconnect to the Network

  • On your device, forget the TDX-Secure network.

  • Reconnect and enter your credentials again.
